CHINA RES GAS (01193.HK) announced that its board proposes to apply to Hong Kong's Companies Registry for re-domiciliation from Bermuda to Hong Kong in accordance with the Companies (Amendment) (No. 2) Ordinance 2025 under the laws of Hong Kong, and apply for deregistration in Bermuda after obtaining certificate of re-domiciliation from the Companies Registry.
