XIAOMI-W (01810.HK)'s smart home appliance factory (phase one) in Wuhan commenced operations. The factory covers an area of over 500,000 square meters with a total investment plan exceeding RMB2.5 billion. It primarily focuses on constructing smart air conditioner production lines and supporting facilities, with an annual production capacity of up to 7 million units and an expected annual output value of RMB14 billion. Mass production of air conditioner is planned for next year, with an anticipated production rate of one air conditioner every 6.5 seconds.
