When introducing the import and export situation in 1Q25, Wang Lingjun, Deputy Director General of China's General Administration of Customs (GAC), said that the YoY growth rate of China's imports and exports picked up MoM. In terms of exports, China's export scale in 1Q25 exceeded RMB6 trillion, with a faster growth rate of 6.9%, showing strong resilience under pressure. Of which, exports to more than 170 countries and regions recorded growth. New energy products continued to play an important role in the global green transformation, with exports of wind turbines/ lithium batteries/ EVs growing by 43.2%/ 18.8%/ 8.2% respectively.
